EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
We grow 3 types of olives on Gantouw Farm, the Frantoio, which produces a more peppery oil and Leccino which produces a mild sweet flavoured oil are both from Tuscany and the Californian Mission Olive which is generally used in both table olives and in oil. The oil is an award winning cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Our oil is medium flavoured and full of the fruitiness that South African oil is famous for.
It is bottled in 1 litre foil containers in a cardboard tube. This method of packaging ensures that the oil is safe from light and oxygen and will stay fresh for longer.
We manufacture Castille Soap from the oil and pomace and our skins have never felt better!
