This garlic is smooth and mellow, good raw and baked, a perfect all rounder! Excellent in mashed potatoes.

Appearance and Size

This is a stockier plant than most and produces a beautiful thick scape. The cloves are a beautiful bronze brown. Ideal garlic to plant in areas with warmer winters and early spring.

Early harvest and medium storage 6-8 months.
