Like most Purple Stripes, this is a very sweet tasting garlic, especially when roasted, and a robust raw flavour.

Appearance and Size

Gaia’s Joy has elongated clove tips. Cloves: Averages 5-7 Outer wrappers are white and when peeled almost purple around the cloves. Foliage dark green and robust looking.

Harvest and Storage

Gaia’s joy grows easily and is a garlic that stores very well
